Nytlyf is a handy shortlist of the best places to visit in Aberdeen, something you can quickly check while in the back of a taxi, walking back to your table or outside for a quick vape.

Nyt lyf app focuses on displaying 2 very (in my opinion) important things:
■ Showing all the good places to drink.
■ Showing all the good places to dance.

All the bars have a handy emoji key so you can quickly find out whether the bar has a pool table, vegan food, is dog-friendly, makes real cocktails, student/membership card availability and much more.

Every bar has a list of weekly deals and if theyre not worth buying they ain’t worth showing. Additionally, a link to their downloadable drinks & food menu is also supplied, where possible, so you can make up your own mind.

All the club nights have tickets for sale on the door* so usually, you don’t need to book in advance, however, a link to their ticketing sites are included.

This app was built solely by me, a local student with a shoestring budget. I could have spent a fortune building this, but then I need to run loads of ads and sponsored posts to recoup the cash and who wants to download a slideshow of advertisements!?
